Message	I bought a mityvac to do mine (the kind that can produce both vacuum AND pressure). If you do that, I don't think it's crucial to T both wastegates together but still not a bad idea. I personally am feeling what psi I can rotate the flapper valve; not watching when it cracks open. I find this it be a far more accurate method.
